Beach House Remake Projects
This pack contains the three Ableton Live Projects featured in my Beach House Synth Sounds article, which are complete remakes of the songs Lazuli, Space Song and Wishes.
All melodic instruments were recreated in Arturia V Collection instruments – Prophet V for synths, Mini V for basses, Solina V for strings and B3 V for organs. I used Superior Drummer 3 for ‘real’ drums layered with drum machine samples in Ableton Live. If you don’t have any of these plugin, all instrument tracks are frozen so you can still use the project even without all the plugins.
I recorded guitar for all three projects and bass guitar for Lazuli and Space Song. I used a Kemper Profiler for amp simulation, but apart from that, all effects (delays, reverbs, distortion) are effects added in Ableton.
