1. Licensing and Usage

All synth presets and audio samples purchased or downloaded from Reverb Machine are licensed for personal and professional use in musical compositions. These products can be freely used in original compositions without requiring credit to Reverb Machine. However, purchasing a product does not grant ownership of the sounds or presets. Instead, it provides a non-exclusive, single-user license to use the sounds within musical works. Commercial releases using these sounds are allowed without the need for additional royalties or fees.

Redistribution of any product, whether for free or for profit, is strictly prohibited. Customers may not share, sell, or distribute any Reverb Machine products outside of their own musical work. If you wish to recommend a product to someone, please direct them to the official product page on the Reverb Machine website.

Reverb Machine products cannot be used in isolation for any commercial purpose. This means you are not permitted to use them to create sample packs, melody packs, virtual instruments, or similar products. Additionally, the musical demo tracks provided to showcase the presets cannot be used in your own compositions. Using any portion of these demos in your own beats, tracks, or productions is not allowed.

If you have any questions about licensing or permitted usage, please reach out before making a purchase.

2. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are generally not offered, as digital products cannot be returned once downloaded. However, refunds or exchanges may be provided in certain circumstances on a case-by-case basis. A refund or exchange may be granted if a duplicate purchase was made, or if a purchase was completed in error and the product has not yet been downloaded. If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund or exchange, please contact support with your order details.

3. Payments and VAT

Payments for all products on Reverb Machine are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. Prices are listed in US dollars, but customers may choose to pay in British pounds or euros at checkout. Currency conversions are based on the current exchange rate and are rounded to the nearest whole number. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, final prices in pounds or euros may vary slightly over time.

Reverb Machine is registered for VAT in both the UK and the EU. VAT is applied based on the customer’s location. Customers residing in the UK or the EU will see VAT applied at their local rate during checkout.

If you are an EU-based business with a valid VAT number and are located outside the UK, you may enter your VAT number during checkout to make a VAT-free purchase. If you are a UK VAT-registered business, VAT will still be charged at checkout, but you may reclaim it from HMRC through your VAT return. VAT cannot be excluded from your order at the time of sale unless a valid VAT number is entered during checkout. An invoice will be provided for your records, including the Reverb Machine VAT number and any VAT number you provided during checkout.

The UK VAT registration number is GB337687556, and the EU VAT registration number is EU372021482.

4. Delivery and Access

All Reverb Machine products are digital downloads. After purchasing, customers will receive immediate access to their files via a download link on the checkout page. A download link will also be sent to the email address used at checkout.

If a customer created an account during checkout, their downloads will be stored in their account for future access. If an account was not created at the time of purchase, one can be created later using the same email address, and the system will automatically link previous purchases to the new account.

There are no restrictions on the number of downloads, and access to purchased products does not expire. Customers may re-download their purchases at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All Reverb Machine products remain the intellectual property of Reverb Machine. Purchasing a product grants a license to use it in compositions but does not transfer ownership of the sounds, presets, or any associated content.

6. Prohibited Use

In addition to the licensing restrictions outlined above, Reverb Machine products may not be resold, shared, or redistributed in any form. They cannot be used to create new sample packs, virtual instruments, or similar derivative products. Additionally, they may not be used in AI training datasets or machine learning models.

If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted, please reach out before purchasing.

7. Liability and Warranty

All Reverb Machine products are provided as-is, without any guarantees or warranties. While every effort is made to ensure compatibility with the intended software, no guarantees are provided that products will work in all systems, DAWs, or setups. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.

Reverb Machine is not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues arising from the use of its products. By purchasing a product, the customer acknowledges that they are using it at their own risk.

8. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the suspension of access to purchased products. If there is an issue with an order, customers are encouraged to contact support before initiating a chargeback to allow for a resolution.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
