If you purchased a pack before September 2020 then you will find that your download email link is no longer available. This is because I changed store providers, but the good news is that all the old orders are still synced.
To access your purchased files, create a customer account using your purchase email address and your old orders will automatically by synced to your new account. You will then be able to access your downloads from your user page.

This error means Ableton Live can’t find the necessary samples. It usually happens if the WAV folder inside the downloaded pack has been moved or deleted. The easiest fix is to redownload the pack, move it to a stable location (such as a Samples folder), and reinstall it using the drag-and-drop method.
Each Ableton Live pack requires a specific version of Live. Check the table below for compatibility:
Live 9.7 or later | Live 10.1 or later | Live 11/12 | |
---|---|---|---|
Porta | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
Drumtraks | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |

Wavetable Presets | ✓ | ✓ | |
Monolith | ✓ | ✓ | |
Horizons | ✓ | ✓ | |

To fix this, move the WAV folder from your download into the Audio Music Apps/Sampler Instruments folder (the same location as the patches). This ensures Logic can locate the samples.
If DirectWave can’t open the patches, it’s usually due to an outdated version or missing sample files. If you’re using FL Studio 20 or older, update to the latest version. Also, ensure the WAV folder containing the samples is placed in the DirectWave folder so that the patches can find them.
