If you purchased a pack before September 2020 then you will find that your download email link is no longer available. This is because I changed store providers, but the good news is that all the old orders are still synced.

To access your purchased files, create a customer account using your purchase email address and your old orders will automatically by synced to your new account. You will then be able to access your downloads from your user page.

All companies selling products in EU countries are required to charge VAT for online sales. To comply with this requirement, VAT is added during checkout dependent on the country of purchase. Note this only applies to countries in the EU.

If you have an EU VAT number (and are located outside the UK) you can enter it at checkout to make a VAT-free purchase.

All sound pack prices on our website are initially set in US dollars. When you select Euros or British Pounds at checkout, the total cost is converted from US dollars based on the current exchange rate and then rounded to the nearest whole Euro or Pound. This means that the final price you pay in Euros or Pounds can vary slightly over time, reflecting fluctuations in the exchange rates between these currencies and the US dollar.

This is caused by using an older version of the Arturia plugin to open newer presets. Run the Arturia Software Center app and update the plugin to the latest version to fix the issue.

If older Prophet V, Mini V and CS-80 V presets don’t appear in the new version of Analog Lab V, you need to check “Include Legacy Sounds” in the Analog Lab menu (top-left button).

It’s more of an unofficial workaround, but check out this page for info on changing the Arturia preset bank icons.

If you use FL Studio on Windows and get the “An error occurred while importing” error message while importing Arturia banks, you need to open FL Studio in admin mode by right-clicking the FL Studio program icon and choosing “Run as administrator”.

This error message occurs if the Ableton patches can’t find the samples in the downloads WAV folder, usually caused by moving/deleting the download or the WAV folder inside the download.

The easiest way to fix it is to delete the pack, redownload it, and then move it to a folder where it won’t get moved (like a Samples folder) and try reinstalling via the drag-and-drop method.

Make sure you’re using the full version of Kontakt to run the packs. Our patches do not work in Kontakt Player.

The easiest way to fix this issue is to add the WAV folder from the download into the “Audio Music Apps/Sampler Instruments” folder (the same location as the patches).

Most DirectWave issues are caused by either using an older version of DirectWave, or from DirectWave not being able to find the WAV samples that are part of the patches.

If you’re using a version of FL Studio earlier then FL Studio 20, try updating to the latest version. Make sure the WAV folder with the samples has been moved to the DirectWave folder so that the patches can find the samples.
