Inside the projects

This pack contains three Ableton Live projects recreating Norton Commander, Numb, and Tailwhip by Men I Trust, as featured in my Men I Trust Synth Sounds article.

The projects focus on recreating the band’s “live” sound, with layered guitars, full bass performances, and audio-heavy arrangements. Bass tracks use UAD Ampeg SVTVR and Soundtoys FilterFreak1 for effects, but all tracks are frozen for compatibility.

Each remake comes as two ZIP downloads: the full Ableton Live project with every track frozen, and multitrack WAV stems for every audio track with MIDI files for every MIDI part.
